Group 1 joins Rebekka for Improv! Improv’s ground rules will be introduced in a fun and constructive way. Participants will engage in fun games and exercises.
Group 2 joins Jóakim for Circus training! The workshop will start with the basics of ball-juggling and moves towards playful creation exercises.

Group 1 joins Jóakim for Circus training and Group 2 joins Rebekka for Improv.
16:00 – Sight-seeing and swimming: Participants have a choice between a guided tour around the town of Hafnarfjörður or a visit to the local pool.

10:00 – Laughter Yoga with Helga Sigríður. Come and laugh with us! Laughter increases endorphins in the body and strengthens the ability of expression.

Excursion
After the Nordisk conference, we invite you to join an optional two-day excursion exploring some of Iceland’s beautiful landscapes.

Departure from the conference hotel at 13:30.
The tour begins with a scenic drive around Hvalfjörður, followed by a visit to Hvammsvík Hot Springs.
In the evening we enjoy a nice dinner and stay overnight at a hotel.
Monday
Full-day tour of the Reykjanes Peninsula, known for its volcanic landscapes and coastal scenery.
The tour ends at 17:00 on Monday.
Drop-off at Keflavík is available at 17:00, and the bus will continue to Reykjavík, arriving at approximately 18:00.
